Ordering Spare Parts Question

Can I order spare parts online if I know the codes for them, or do I have to phone in the order?

And can someone post the link for the page that lists all the spare parts codes?

I hope this works, some of the items are sold out so don't be dissappointed.
But I did order the Flowers and Favors accessories for $6. yesterday and it comes with the cutest porceline (sp) plate and cake among other cute things. [img]graemlins/rose.gif[/img]

Even with codes, you must call in the order. I have e-mail customer service, and they have given me the codes for the items I needed. But they also state replacement parts can't be ordered online.

I just placed a HUGE replacement part order. The CS lady was awesome. A lot was listed as LOW inventory and they warned me it might not ship. BUT it all did - YAH!!!!!!

Do you all think they are just doing away with parts...it seems that way to me. They didn't even have spare parts for Molly's Victory dress crown for some reason...that is a part that for sure can be worn out! They also didn't have Sam's Kimono slippers, or Kit's slippers for her PJ's for that matter. I guess I look at all of these items I listed as "easy to loose" if you are a kid...BUMMER!
